Well, I was too late to make a cupcake for the first Iron Cupcake Earth Challenge, but I knew I would be. I checked out the entries and realized the steaks are high. A nice picture is a big part of this contest and my cupcakes, while the tastiest in the land, aren't always the prettiest. I am just not that skilled or patient to decorate them well. Oh well, I can't wait to see what the next challenge will be.

I chose "Chica Chocolatina, I" because my initial thoughts for a chili cupcake lead to something dark and chocolately.
